The ideal candidate should have strong real estate sales experience with excellent team-handling, negotiation, and closing skills. Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth. Generate and convert leads through calls, references, channel partners, and networking. Handle client meetings, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.



Train and mentor sales executives to improve productivity and closing ratios. Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and internal teams for smooth sales operations. Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new projects. Ensure timely follow-up for bookings, documentation, and payment collections. Drive business through strong networking and channel-partner relationships. Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales. Experience in Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR real estate is preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals. Robust team-handling and leadership skills. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Good knowledge of residential and commercial real estate projects.
