This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst supporting business intelligence, reporting, and data analytics initiatives.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, clarify requirements, and translate them into actionable functional specifications.
The role serves as a key bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring analytics solutions address real operational and reporting needs.
You will contribute to dashboards, KPIs, reports, data visualizations, and BI solutions from requirements through testing and implementation.
The position also offers opportunities to identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
Success will require strong stakeholder management, structured analytical thinking, and excellent communication and documentation skills.

Accountabilities:
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, clarify, and document business, reporting, and analytics requirements.
Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications for BI and data analytics initiatives.
Collaborate with technical and data teams to define dashboard, reporting, KPI, visualization, and analytical requirements.
Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions to establish clear project objectives and priorities.
Act as the primary bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring requirements are understood and accurately translated into technical solutions.
Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and data-driven decision-making.
