Role Description The HR Executive / HR Generalist – Affiliate & Performance Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for teams focused on affiliate and performance marketing, including recruitment support, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. Day-to-day tasks include implementing HR policies, handling employee queries, supporting performance management cycles, and fostering positive employee relations within the marketing and operations teams.



The role also involves coordinating training and development initiatives, ensuring compliance with company HR guidelines, and collaborating with leadership to support workforce planning and engagement activities.
Qualifications
Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, including experience supporting business teams in a dynamic, data-driven setting.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, such as onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and payroll or attendance coordination.
Knowledge of HR Policies, compliance requirements, and the ability to apply them consistently across the organization.
Proven capability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, feedback handling, and employee engagement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
