What We’re Looking For:
3-6 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
Robust understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle and staffing process.
Strong knowledge of US work authorization types and employment models.
Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Experience working with VMS/MSP, Prime Vendors, and System Integrators.
