What You’ll Do
Lead End-to-End Project Delivery
- Manage complex software and data implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the level of quality the company is known for.
- Drive clarity across all project phases, ensuring teams know exactly what needs to happen and when.

Develop and Own Project Plans




- Create detailed project schedules, milestones, resource allocations, and dependency maps.
- Manage the critical path and adjust plans proactively to keep the project on track.
- Maintain clear, accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
- Serve as the Primary Customer Contact
- Provide consistent, executive-level status updates and insights.
- Facilitate decision-making by presenting risks, options, and recommendations clearly.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels.
- Anticipate & Mitigate Risks
