As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Business Development Lead to build and scale our US business development function.

The Prospect
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving outbound business development, generating qualified pipeline, expanding client relationships, and building a repeatable sales organization.

You'll work directly with the Founder to develop strategic accounts, penetrate enterprise and mid-market organizations, expand consulting and MSP/VMS relationships, and build the people, systems,



and processes that support long-term growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up while combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Develop outbound business development strategies targeting consulting firms, enterprise technology organizations, mid-market companies, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and MSP/VMS ecosystems.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through structured outbound campaigns.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition leaders, procurement teams, vendor managers, and executive stakeholders.
- Drive account penetration through multi-threaded outreach and relationship development.
- Reactivate dormant client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
- Support proposals, presentations, and strategic pursuits.

Leadership
- Recruit, coach, and mentor Business Development R
