About the Role
Reporting to the Zonal Manager – Priority North Region, the Priority Sales Manager-Noida is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of industrial sales,
delivering value-driven solutions to customers while leveraging innovative sales tools and strategies to achieve business success. The position will be located in Noida (onsite with extensive field travel).
Responsibilities
- Managing and growing the assigned territory by executing tactical sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets
- Driving new customer acquisition while identifying untapped opportunities within existing accounts
- Strengthening customer relationships through value-based selling and effective negotiation to deliver win-win outcomes
- Improving sales efficiency through disciplined use of tools such as sales funnels and SFDC
- Partnering with internal teams and distributors to ensure smooth operations, including payment collections and issue resolution
- Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to refine sales strategies and drive performance
