Project Manager – Oracle EPM
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Project Manager for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Finance Consolidation and Close (FCC) Cloud projects.

- Responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) for clients, from an all-remote environment, managing team calls using Microsoft Teams, Email, and direct-communication methods. Understands interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
- Project Delivery – Manage the day-to-day project activities and deliverables, including schedules/project plans, financials, project scope and change requests, project results, metrics, tests, and deployment management activities.




- Requirement Gathering – Facilitate the collection and analysis of requirements by engaging with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding of their needs and expectations.
- Project Planning and Design – Develop comprehensive project plans, including, but not limited to other project management documents such as RASIC charts and risk registers to ensure a transparent framework for project governance, roles, responsibilities, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Team Leadership and Coordination – Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration and communication. Sets and continually manages project expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders. Mentors project team members with a highly-collaborative, high-functioning goal approach.
