The Opportunity
We are seeking a Sr. Key Account Manager to support and expand Kian Falcon's presence within the QSR, café, casual dining, and foodservice ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with client accounts
- Support account growth through repeat business and expansion opportunities
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, procurement teams, project managers, and client stakeholders
- Prepare commercial proposals and support costing discussions




- Work closely with internal design, production, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
- Track project timelines, client communication, collections, and order progress
- Maintain sales trackers, CRM systems, and account reports

What We're Looking For

- Commercial awareness and customer-centric thinking
- Experience working with architects, consultants, procurement teams, and project stake
