Position Overview
An affluent Emirati HNI family based in Dubai is seeking an experienced and highly skilled House Manager / Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, hospitality standards, staff management, and maintenance of the Principal’s private residence(s).
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in luxury household management, estate management, five-star hospitality, or premium F&B; operations. Candidates currently or previously employed as House Managers, Estate Managers, Residence Managers, Resident Managers, Hotel Managers, Directors of F&B;, or Directors of Operations within luxury hotels, private estates, royal households, VIP residences, or UHNW family environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

This role requires exceptional leadership, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver world-class hospitality and service standards within a private household setting.

Key Responsibilities
Estate & Household Operations
- Manage the overall operations of the Principal's residence(s), ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning at all times.




- Establish and maintain five-star hospitality and service standards across all household functions.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve household SOPs, service protocols, and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate all household activities, events, guest visits, and VIP hosting requirements.
- Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and functionality.

Staff Leadership & Management
- Lead, supervise, and develop a team of domestic and operational staff including but not limited to:
- Housekeepers
- Butlers
- Chefs and kitchen staff
- Drivers
- Security personnel
- Gardeners and maintenance teams
- Conduct staff scheduling, performance management, training, and succession planning.
