You will work directly on first-party or third-party collection portfolios, utilizing strong negotiation skills and understanding US commercial lending landscapes. Key Responsibilities Outbound & Inbound Recovery Calls: Engage with US-based small business owners, C-level executives, and decision-makers regarding delinquent loans, revenue-based financing, or lines of credit. Portfolio & Risk Management: Analyze delinquency trends, payment histories, and business financial metrics to determine appropriate recovery strategies.
