PFit Global Inc. is seeking a Network Administrator to manage the company s network, systems, email, domain, user accounts, and IT infrastructure. This position will also provide technical support to employees and assist with maintaining the security and reliability of company systems.
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
Monitor network connectivity, performance, and system availability.
Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
Perform routine network and system checks.
Support system updates, patches, and infrastructure changes.
Maintain network and IT infrastructure documentation.
Manage company domains and DNS records.
Monitor email and domain health and address delivery issues.
Manage email accounts and access permissions.
Handle email and domain whitelisting and address blacklisting or delisting issues.
Set up user accounts, systems, and applications for new employees.
Manage employee access, credentials, and permissions.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Remove system and application access when employees leave the organization.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, network, and system-related issues.
Manage firewall and other security configurations.
Assist with protecting company systems and data from unauthorized access.
Monitor potential security and infrastructure issues.
Maintain IT equipment and system records.
Work with external technology vendors when required.
Review existing IT processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work Arrangement
This is a part time hybrid position based in Hyderabad.
