About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Executive / Manager with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in selling HR and Talent Solutions across the US and India markets.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by acquiring current client accounts for our Staffing, Payroll Management, RPO, and EOR (Employer of Record) service offerings. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of closing deals within the IT, Engineering, Business Professional, and Management/C-Suite sectors, along with solid expertise in contract negotiation and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and pitch our Staffing, Payroll, RPO,



and EOR services to prospective B2B clients in India and the United States.
- Prospect and build high-value relationships with key decision-makers (HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Directors, CFOs, VPs, and C-Level Executives).
- Target and penetrate accounts across key industries: Information Technology (IT), Engineering, Business Professional Services, and Executive/C-Suite roles.

2. Solution Selling & Account Growth
- Understand client pain points regarding talent acquisition, global expansion, and payroll compliance to position custom HR/Staffing solutions.
- Pitch end-to-end talent solutions—from offshore team building and EOR services to full-scale RPO partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach and discovery calls to contract sign-off and account onboarding.

3. Contract Drafting, Pricing & Negotiation
- Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals, MSAs (Master Servi
