Role Overview

The Senior Art Director is responsible for visual storytelling, campaign design direction, and digital content ecosystems, while also using AI tools to accelerate concept development, visual exploration, and production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Conceptualization
- Translate campaign ideas into powerful visual storytelling
- Create moodboards, design territories, and visual worlds
- Collaborate with copywriters to develop integrated creative ideas
- Rapidly explore multiple visual routes using AI-assisted design tools

Campaign Design Direction
- Lead visual execution for campaigns across:
- social media
- digital ads
- films and motion content
- brand assets
- OOH adaptations
- Build distinctive campaign identities that work across platforms

AI-Enabled Creative Development
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and visualization
- Generate concept explorations using Nano Banana, ChatGPT, and prompt-based design workflows
- Build visual prototypes, campaign frames, and idea explorations using generative tools
- Guide designers on integrating AI into the creative process without comp
