About the Role:
Scaler Studios is hiring a Part-Time Social Media Manager who can own our social presence end to end, planning content, writing copy, publishing, engaging with the community, and reading performance data well enough to change direction when something isn't working.

This role is ideal for someone who has managed brand accounts across multiple platforms and understands that each one works differently. We are not looking for someone who posts the same content five times in five places.

This is a multi-platform role covering Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube
- Write platform-native copy, captions, hooks, threads, video titles, descriptions, and community posts
- Work with the creative team to brief and shape reels, motion graphics, statics,



and video content
- Schedule, publish, and maintain a consistent posting rhythm across all five platforms
- Manage community, comments, DMs, replies, and engagement with relevant accounts
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement rate, saves, shares, follower growth, watch time, retention, and profile-to-link clicks
- Analyze what performed and what did not, and adjust the plan based on data
- Prepare simple monthly performance reports with transparent insights and next steps

Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience managing brand social media accounts
- Hands-on experience across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube (not just Instagram and LinkedIn)
- Strong writing skills in English, able to write in a defined brand voice
- Understanding of what makes content perform differently on each platform
- Ability to read analytics and form a clear point of view on what to do next
