The Role

I'm looking for my right hand. The person who keeps the business running smoothly day to day while I focus on clients — the coordination, the follow-through, the operations all run through you. The one quality I'm hiring for above all is proactiveness . You see what needs doing before being told, you bring me solutions rather than questions, and you never need to be chased. If people say you basically run things wherever you work, this role will feel like home.

Your Main Tasks




- Client communication & care — handle all client conversations on WhatsApp end-to-end (playbooks provided); warm, polished, professional
- Sales follow-ups — follow up with interested clients at the right moment and close the loop
- Vendor sourcing & management — pandits, temples, suppliers: find, negotiate, coordinate, hold to deadlines
- Operations management — track every team member's tasks daily, flag delays, compile the weekly report
- Finance admin — salaries, pay dates, expense sheets, records — always accurate, always current
- Founder support — my calendar, travel coordination, purchases, appointments, reminders
- Inbox & triage — manage my email and messages: handle what you can, escalate only what truly needs me
- Research & coordination — prepare briefs, compare options before decisions, coordinate interviews and onboarding for new team hires
- Multi-brand support — take on tasks for my other brands and upcoming launches when needed
