? Key Responsibilities:• Prepare
accurate HVAC project estimates, BOQs, and cost sheets.• Review
HVAC drawings, specifications, and tender documents.• Perform
quantity take-offs for HVAC equipment, materials, and accessories.• Prepare
competitive quotations and techno-commercial proposals.• Coordin
ate with vendors and suppliers for material and equipment pricing.• Analyze
project requirements, costs, and scope of work.• Support
tendering and bidding activities.• Coordin
ate with design, procurement, and project teams.
? Requirements:• Diploma
/ B.E.
/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.• 2–4 yea
rs of experience in HVAC estimation and costing.• Valuable kn
owledge of HVAC systems, materials, and equipment.• Ability
to read and understand HVAC drawings and specifications.• Good co
mmunication, analytical, and negotiation skills.• Profici
ency in MS Excel and estimation-related tools/software.
