About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist to manage and grow our organic social media presence across multiple platforms and industries.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute organic social media strategies.
Manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Plan content calendars, campaigns, content pillars, and creative ideas.
Research audiences, competitors, market trends, and industry insights.
Create engaging content concepts, captions, hooks, and storytelling ideas.
Work with designers, video editors, and other creative teams.
Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve content and engagement.
Manage multiple brands/accounts and maintain consistent brand communication.




What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in Social Media Strategy/Management or Content Marketing.
Agency experience with exposure to multiple industries/brands is preferred.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
Excellent creative thinking and content ideation skills.
Strong audience and market research skills.
Positive understanding of social media trends and organic growth.
Strong communication, language, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A strategic mindset with a good balance of creativity + analytics.
Qualification
? Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
