* Experience: 1–2 Years

* Two-Wheeler & Valid Driving Licence: Mandatory
* Laptop: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain office records.
• Handle inventory, documentation, and MIS reports.
• Visit banks, vendors, government offices, and other locations for official work.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
• Support management and HR in administrative and operational activities.
• Handle other official tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in Administration or Operations.




• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
• Must have a personal laptop.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle field visits and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
