Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and optimization techniques to drive growth and achieve measurable results for our clients





Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and achieve client goals.
Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Manage budget allocation and bid strategies to maximise campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge and competitive.
Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
