Role Description The Voice Infra Engineer (Partner) role is an internship position focused on supporting and enhancing the voice infrastructure behind the Sciquire Voice Agent. In this remote role, the intern will assist in configuring and maintaining VoIP systems, IVR flows, and telephony integrations across different platforms and partners. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring voice systems,



troubleshooting call quality and connectivity issues, working with networking teams to ensure secure performance, and documenting configurations and incident resolutions. The intern will collaborate with engineering and product teams to test new features, optimize routing, and contribute to scalable, reliable voice solutions for multiple industries.
Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving voice, network, and system issues.
Knowledge of IVR systems, call flows, and customer interaction routing.
Experience or coursework in Voice over IP (VoIP) and telephony technologies.
Foundational understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, SIP, RTP, firewalls, QoS).
Pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup, communicate clearly, and document technical work.
