We are looking for an experienced Lean Manufacturing Consultant / Lean Implementation Skilled to support implementation of Lean practices across MSME manufacturing units.
The role is highly implementation-oriented and requires hands-on interaction with factory owners, production teams and shop-floor employees.
The selected professional will conduct diagnostic assessments, identify improvement opportunities, develop implementation plans, train MSME teams, support Lean projects, maintain required documentation and monitor measurable improvements at participating manufacturing units.
Candidates with previous experience under the MSME Competitive (Lean) Scheme, QCI, NPC or similar MSME productivity/quality improvement programmes will be strongly preferred.
