Role Description
The Influencer Marketing Manager will lead and execute BabyOrgano’s influencer marketing strategy to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and conversions among parents and caregivers. This is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers, content creators,



and parent communities across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include designing influencer campaigns, negotiating collaborations, coordinating briefs, tracking deliverables, and ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and Ayurvedic positioning. The role will also involve monitoring performance metrics, analyzing campaign results, optimizing strategies, and coordinating with marketing, social media, and e-commerce teams. The Influencer Marketing Manager will stay updated on trends in parenting, kids’ wellness, and digital content to propose creative ideas and ensure consistent brand storytelling.

Qualifications
Strong experience in influencer marketing, including sourcing, onboarding, and managing influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
Proficiency in social media and digital marketing, with hands-on experience across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels.
