Role Description The Accounts Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing invoices, and reconciling bank statements. The Accounts Executive will assist with GST and other statutory compliances,



support monthly and annual closing activities, and prepare basic financial reports for management. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate documentation for audits, and ensuring adherence to company policies and timelines.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and ledger management.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data entry and reporting.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances relevant to logistics and freight operations.
Ability to prepare and analyze invoices, reconcile accounts, and support month-end and year-end closing.
Positive communication and coordination skills to work effectively with operations, finance, and external partners.
Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
