Role Description This is a full time, on-site Accountant role based in Haldwani. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, ledger postings, and expense tracking. The role includes preparing and reviewing invoices,



maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end and year-end closing, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports. The Accountant will ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and local tax regulations, help monitor budgets and cash flow, and coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as needed. The position also involves maintaining organized documentation, using accounting software for data entry and reporting, and contributing to process improvements in the finance function.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping, with experience handling general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Proficiency in accounting and ERP software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar), as well as solid skills in MS Excel and other office tools for financial analysis and reporting.
