Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective and existing patients.
- Respond to inquiries regarding limb lengthening procedures, treatments, consultations,



and rehabilitation services.
- Explain basic information about our services in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner .
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources.
- Understand patient requirements and collect accurate information during calls.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments in coordination with the clinical and administrative teams.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, patient inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Regularly update lead and patient information in the company's CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely responses to patient inquiries.
- Escalate medical, technical, or complex patient queries to the appropriate doctor or healthcare professional.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic approach while communicating with patients and their families.
- Assist walk-in visitors
