Role Description

The Visiting Faculty – Emotional Intelligence will design and deliver engaging, research-informed sessions on emotional intelligence to management students in a full time, on-site capacity at Athena School of Management in Mumbai. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing course outlines, lectures,



and case studies; facilitating interactive classroom discussions; guiding learners through self-awareness, empathy, and relationship management exercises; and assessing student performance through assignments, projects, and presentations. The faculty member will collaborate with academic leadership to align emotional intelligence curriculum with broader management and leadership programs, integrate industry perspectives, and continuously refine teaching methods based on feedback and learning outcomes. Additional responsibilities may include mentoring students, participating in academic events, and contributing to workshops or seminars focused on leadership and personal development.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Emotional Intelligence, including self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, social skills, and relationship management.
