Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in South Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver AI and technology solutions, preparing proposals and presentations, and monitoring ongoing projects to meet agreed timelines and quality standards.



The Account Manager will regularly review account performance, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services, and support contract renewals and negotiations. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, reporting on account status, and collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and client experiences.
Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with experience in account management, customer success, or client services.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and confidently.
Experience working with technology, AI, or software solutions, with the capacity to understand product features and align them with client needs.
