About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling education technology (edtech) advisory firm in India, we partner with global institutions and edtech platforms to drive student enrollment, strategic market penetration, and revenue growth across tier-2 and tier-3 cities. Our team blends data-driven outreach with relationship-building to unlock high-intent student pipelines—operating at the intersection of education, tech, and business development. Role & Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective students, parents, and educational partners through outbound calls, campus visits, and digital outreach campaigns.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into enrollments by presenting course offerings, financing options, and career outcomes.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, segment audiences, and optimize conversion funnels.
Maintain accurate CRM records, track KPIs (conversion rate, call volume, follow-up rate), and report weekly performance to leadership.
Represent the brand at education fairs, school partnerships, and community events across assigned regions.




Stay updated on competitive offerings, scholarship programs, and regulatory changes impacting student decision-making.

Salesforce CRM
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
