Role Description The Performance Marketing Trainee internship is an on-site role based in Jaipur. The trainee will support the marketing team in planning and executing digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display advertising to drive qualified leads for real estate projects. Day-to-day activities may include assisting with campaign setup, monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, optimizing ads and keywords,



and coordinating with the sales and telecalling teams to improve lead quality. The role also involves conducting basic market and competitor research, supporting content and creatives for ads, and helping maintain campaign documentation and dashboards. This position is designed to provide hands-on exposure to performance marketing in a real estate environment, with guidance from senior team members.
Qualifications
Open to both beginners and experienced candidates — no prior experience is mandatory, but candidates with existing knowledge of digital/performance marketing, Meta Ads, or Google Ads will be given preference.
Basic comfort with computers, spreadsheets, and internet research; familiarity with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) is a plus.
Solid analytical mindset — comfortable working with numbers, data, and campaign reports.
