Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Kondapur. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote healthcare clients and KL ADS INDIA PVT LTD. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, monitoring channels, responding to comments and messages,



and coordinating with designers and content creators to develop visual and written assets. The Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversion. The role also involves staying updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in healthcare digital marketing.
Qualifications
Strong skills in social media strategy, content planning, and campaign management across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Ability to create and curate engaging digital content, including copywriting, basic graphic or video coordination, and storytelling tailored to healthcare audiences.
Experience with social media analytics, reporting, and optimization, using tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, or similar platforms.
