We are looking for a Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Executive – DSA Sales to support the growth and management of our DSA channel. The role will involve partner onboarding, relationship management, business generation, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth movement of cases from sourcing to disbursement.
Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with DSA partners, connectors, and channel partners, driving business through the assigned channel, resolving partner queries,
and ensuring timely movement of cases.
The ideal candidate should have a solid sales mindset, good communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and an understanding of BFSI/financial products.
Key Responsibilities
1. DSA Partner Management
Identify and support the onboarding of new DSA partners, connectors, and call-center DSAs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing DSA partners.
Regularly engage with partners to understand their requirements and improve business productivity.
Support partner activation and ensure regular business flow from assigned partners.
Maintain a healthy and productive partner network.
2. Business Development & Sales
Drive business volumes through assigned DSA and channel partners.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and disbursement targets.
Identify opportunities to increase sourcing and business from existing partners.
