Strong knowledge of Inverters, Batteries, and Solar Products

Proven management and team-handling capabilities

KPI-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving business objectives

TAT & CNPS-driven approach to customer service excellence

Commitment to customer, dealer, and distributor satisfaction

Strong expertise in stock management and control

Ability to maintain MSL (Minimum Stock Level) effectively





Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in managing MSL and credit limit exposure

Robust team engagement and coordination skills

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities

Ability to drive value-added initiatives for business growth and customer satisfaction

Ensure timely resolution of customer and channel partner concerns
