AdGrow360 is looking for confident, energetic and excellent English communicators to join our sales development team. If you are a college student, recent graduate, or someone starting your career in sales and you’re comfortable speaking with people over the phone, this could be a great opportunity for you.

You don't need to be an expert salesperson. What matters most is your communication, confidence, consistency and willingness to learn.

? What You’ll Do

Your job is simple: Start conversations → Follow up → Build interest → Book a Discovery Call.

You will be responsible for:
Making outbound cold calls to businesses in the US market
Following up with prospects through phone and email
Speaking confidently with business owners and decision-makers
Understanding their basic business needs and challenges




Introducing AdGrow360 and creating interest in our services
Following up consistently with interested prospects
Qualifying prospects and getting them to book a Discovery Call with our team
Maintaining accurate follow-up records and updating the CRM
Working with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs

? What You DON'T Need To Do
You are not expected to close the deal.

Your primary responsibility is to connect with the right people and get them onto a Discovery Call.
Our sales team will handle the deeper conversation and closing.
