Our engineers design, script, and maintain automation frameworks across web, API, and desktop platforms—leveraging Python, Selenium WebDriver, and TestComplete to deliver zero-defect deployments at speed.

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust UI automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Python for web applications.
Implement and extend TestComplete-based automation frameworks for desktop and hybrid applications across Windows environments.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable shift-left testing and rapid feedback loops.
Collaborate with QA leads and developers to identify test coverage gaps and automate regression, smoke, and sanity test cases.
Debug failing scripts, analyze test logs,



and optimize test execution time and stability across environments.
Document test strategies, framework structure, and best practices for team adoption and knowledge transfer.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
Python
Selenium WebDriver
TestComplete
PyTest
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Git
Web automation (locators, waits, page objects)
REST API testing (Postman, requests library)
Preferred
Experience with BDD frameworks (Behave, Cucumber)
familiarity with Allure or Extent Reports
Knowledge of Docker for test workplace isolation
