Zarvonis Ventures is looking for a fast, proactive and target-driven HR Recruiter who can manage both high-volume hiring and day-to-day employee operations.

The primary responsibility will be to hire Video Editors, Content Creators, Script Writers, Performance Marketers and other team members at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and onboarding.
Handle bulk hiring targets of approximately 4–5 hires per day when required and 30–40 hires per month.
Build robust candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and other sourcing channels.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries and close candidates quickly.
Manage employee documentation, attendance, onboarding, performance concerns, exits and terminations.




Maintain recruitment and employee records and provide regular hiring updates to management.
Ensure candidates and employees have a professional experience throughout their journey with the company.
Requirements

Proven experience in bulk or high-volume recruitment.
Ability to hire creative and marketing professionals quickly.
Strong communication, negotiation and candidate-closing skills.
Highly organized, accountable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Must be available to work on-site, 5 days a week, in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
