About the Role
Exxeella Education Group is looking for experienced and passionate Overseas Education Counsellors to guide students in achieving their international education goals. If you have strong counselling skills and hands-on experience in overseas admissions, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on study opportunities in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, and Europe.
Understand students' academic backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable universities and programs.
Assist students throughout the admission process, including application documentation and university submissions.
Guide students on visa requirements, SOPs, financial documentation, and pre-departure procedures.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure a smooth application process.
Achieve counselling and admission targets while delivering an exceptional student experience.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and generate timely reports.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Overseas Education Counsellor.
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Strong knowledge of international admission processes and visa requirements.
Ability to manage multiple student applications efficiently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi is an added advantage.
