Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and programmatic platforms—owning KPIs from CAC to ROAS.
Build and optimize user acquisition funnels using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) frameworks.
Partner with creative and analytics teams to align messaging, visuals, and targeting with campaign performance goals.
Develop and manage client dashboards and weekly performance reports using Looker, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.
Test, scale, and retarget high-intent audiences using pixel tracking, UTM parameters,



and 3rd-party attribution tools.
Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and emerging ad tech trends—translating them into actionable client strategies.
