Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting employees across all levels of the organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mhow and includes tasks such as administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and assisting with performance management processes. The role involves handling employee relations matters, supporting conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards.



The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives, facilitate training and development activities, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR activities.
Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, including documentation, compliance, and process improvement.
Proficiency in Employee Relations, with skills in communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and performance management practices within industrial or manufacturing settings.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Mhow, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standar
