About the Role
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR Associate to join our growing team in Pune. This role will support the day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, compliance, and performance processes.
This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to build a broad HR skill set while partnering closely with leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition




Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Coordinate offer letters and onboarding documentation.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage onboarding for recent hires.
Coordinate documentation, induction, and orientation.
Ensure completion of joining formalities.
Support smooth employee exit processes and documentation.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates.
Coordinate payroll inputs with finance and external vendors.
Assist with employee letters, confirmations, and policy documentation.
Ensure HR records remain accurate and confidential.
Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Support performance review cycles.
Help address employee queries
