Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in the Pune District. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned region,



develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth across hospitality, corporate, and retail channels. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding recent clients, managing relationships with existing partners, conducting market research, and tracking sales performance against targets. The individual will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales reports, forecasting demand, leading local sales initiatives, and representing NutJee at client meetings, trade events, and industry forums.
Qualifications
Proven skills in regional sales management, business development, and account management within FMCG, hospitality, or gifting sectors.
Ability to plan and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and use data-driven insights to meet or exceed revenue targets.
