Role & Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360, ensuring alignment with instructional design briefs and brand guidelines.
Translate complex subject matter into intuitive, visually engaging, mobile-responsive learning experiences with gamified elements and branching scenarios.
Integrate multimedia assets (audio, video, animations) and LMS-friendly formats (SCORM/xAPI) into seamless, trackable learning paths.
Collaborate with ID teams to wireframe, prototype, and iterate on learning journeys based on feedback and learner analytics.
Optimize content for load speed, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and cross-device compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Support QA and LMS testing cycles; troubleshoot bugs, fix navigation issues, and ensure 100% compliance with client delivery standards.
Work with global L&D; teams on high-visibility upskilling projects—your content impacts thousands of learners monthly.
Flexible hybrid setup: 2-3 days/week onsite (Bangalore office), rest remote—work from anywhere in India.
Contractual role with potential for extension based on performance and project demand.
