We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive current client acquisition and build long-term business relationships across the creator, corporate, marketing, PR, and digital media ecosystem.

Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business, identifying potential clients,



building strategic relationships, conducting sales meetings, pitching ONSTO's services, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals.
This is primarily a new-business and client-acquisition role. The ideal candidate should be a strong "hunter" who enjoys prospecting, networking, making new connections, opening doors, and converting opportunities into revenue.
Candidates with experience in podcasting, media production, digital marketing, social media, PR, advertising, influencer marketing, branding, or creative agencies will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, events, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Research potential clients and understand their content, media, podcasting, branding, and social media requirements.
