About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft BI Consultant with robust Microsoft Fabric expertise to design, develop, and implement modern Business Intelligence and data analytics solutions for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, semantic models, and enterprise reporting. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable and actionable BI solutions.
Microsoft Fabric experience should include working with capabilities such as OneLake, Lakehouse, Fabric Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2,



semantic models, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Power BI
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs, and business logic.
Build optimized Power BI semantic models using star schema and dimensional modeling principles.
Implement appropriate connectivity modes including Import, DirectQuery, and Direct Lake where applicable.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.
Optimize Power BI reports, datasets, DAX queries, and overall report performance.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and other Power BI security requirements.

Microsoft Fabric
Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
Work with OneLake, Lakehouse, Fabric Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, notebook
