Role Description The Manager role at SBI General Insurance is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik. The Manager will oversee branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure achievement of sales and service targets across assigned products and segments.



Daily responsibilities include managing and supporting the local sales team, strengthening relationships with distribution partners and customers, and monitoring performance metrics and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role includes coordinating with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to enable smooth policy issuance, renewals, and claims servicing, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Manager will also contribute to local market development initiatives, support digital adoption, and prepare periodic reports and insights for senior leadership.
