Role Description The Quality Control Engineer is a full time role responsible for ensuring that all manufactured sheets, rods, and machined parts meet internal quality standards and customer specifications. Based in Bengaluru in a hybrid arrangement,



the role combines on-site inspection and testing with documentation and reporting work that can be performed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing quality control procedures, inspecting incoming materials and finished components, conducting dimensional and functional tests, and monitoring production processes to identify non-conformities. The Quality Control Engineer will collaborate with production, engineering, and sales teams to investigate issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves maintaining quality records, assisting with audits, and contributing to the refinement of quality management systems and best practices.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with hands-on experience in inspection, testing, and defect analysis.
