Turtle Software is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive with high ownership mentality with strong focus on Customer Success. You'll own a portfolio of client accounts across diverse industries, handling strategy, campaign execution, reporting, and relationship management end to end.

What You'll Do
Own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution (Including Google Ads, Meta Ads) across a portfolio of clients spanning multiple industries
Translate client business goals into functional campaign structures — audience targeting, budget allocation, funnel stage messaging
Generate ad creatives using AI tools, with Photoshop & Canva for detailed edits AI can't handle well
Own the client relationship: onboarding, regular reporting, renewals, and day-to-day communication
Monitor and optimize campaigns against agreed targets (ROAS, CPA, lead volume depending on client)
Deliver monthly reports and campaign updates on a fixed, reliable schedule

What We're Looking For




3+ years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with in-depth, working knowledge of both platforms (not surface-level familiarity)
Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals - funnels, positioning, audience segmentation - adaptable across varied industries (healthcare, hospitality, real estate, retail, FMCG)
Clear, confident communication — comfortable explaining strategy and results to non-technical clients
Comfort using AI creative tools (Canva AI, ChatGPT/Gemini for copy, image generators) plus basic Photoshop skills for manual refinement
Self-starter who can manage a portfolio of multiple clients without constant supervision
Ability to create and edit Reels/short-form video content is a advantage.

Compensation Structure
CTC: 5.4 LPA
Fixed: ₹35,000/month
Variable: ₹10,000/month (Based on Client Satisfaction (CSAT) and Delivery SLA adherence)
