About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You’ll create engaging visuals for social media, campaigns, ads, branding, and marketing collaterals while contributing to the visual identity of Scale100X.
Key Responsibilities
Create creatives for social media, Meta & Google Ads, brochures, presentations, and campaigns.
Develop branding assets, templates, infographics, and marketing materials.
Maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Edit images, illustrations, videos, and other visual content.
Collaborate on website visuals and basic UI/UX design.
Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh ideas.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience with a solid portfolio.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva & Figma.
After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus.




Good understanding of design and basic UI/UX principles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, adaptable, and open to feedback.
