At EFS Facilities Services, we are looking for an analytical and business-focused Financial Analyst (Accounts Receivable) to join our finance team in Noida, India. Role Overview
The Financial Analyst (AR) will be responsible for analysing financial and receivables data, generating insights, supporting cash flow visibility, and driving reporting excellence. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, experience in financial analysis, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Perform Accounts Receivable analysis and monitor collection performance trends
Conduct cost variance analysis and identify opportunities for financial optimisation
Prepare cash flow analysis, forecasts, and management reports
Develop financial models, dashboards, and performance reports




Analyse ageing reports and support initiatives to improve receivable recoveries
Support monthly financial closing and reconciliation activities
Provide actionable insights to support decision-making and business planning
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data and reporting
Collaborate with finance and operational teams to improve overall business performance

What We're Looking For
2–3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Reporting, Finance, or Accounts Receivable
Hands-on experience in cost variance analysis, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting
Robust analytical mindset and attention to detail
Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to interpret data and provide meaningful business insights

Educational Qualifications
MBA in Finance, CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent finance qualification
