About The Role

We are looking for a Marine Service Coordinator to join our team in India. In this role, you will be the vital link between shipping companies, marine engineers,



Consilium offices worldwide, subcontractors, vendors, and port authorities, ensuring that vessel service, repairs, and maintenance are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

You will coordinate technician deployments, manage spare parts logistics, oversee project documentation and invoicing, and help ensure compliance with international maritime regulations while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate Field Service Engineer (FSE) schedules and mobilize technicians to vessels in major Indian ports and worldwide.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout service delivery, providing updates, coordinating contract execution, troubleshooting, and post-service support.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of spare parts and required materials.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, work orders, service
